Plur-e: MCP for Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM

Plur-e is the Model Context Protocol (MCP) product line built by G.A.G. Technologies, Inc., the company behind MS Cloud Experts. It gives any MCP-compatible AI assistant a governed way to read, and where allowed, write data in Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM.

Beyond the MCP servers, the Plur-e product line includes Plur-e Mobile, Plur-e Admin Center and Plur-e Printer — apps that bring warehouse, sales and payment workflows for Business Central to a smartphone.

Plur-e MCP exposes Business Central through a dedicated server that your AI assistant can call to check stock, look up orders, draft quotes and more, following the permissions of the signed-in user.

For Dynamics 365 CRM, Plur-e MCP covers the underlying Dataverse tables plus Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, so the same assistant can also work with accounts, opportunities and marketing journeys.

Plur-e Mobile puts Business Central in the hands of warehouse and sales teams: picking, receiving, counting, quoting and taking payments from a phone, synced back to Business Central in real time.

Plur-e Admin Center configures users, roles and devices, while Plur-e Printer handles labels and receipts on the floor, with integrations for Stripe, ShipStation and Zebra hardware.

Every user signs in with their own Microsoft Entra ID account; Plur-e MCP does not use a shared service account for user-facing tools. Access is governed by roles defined per entity and action, and every tool is read-only by default until write access is explicitly enabled for that role.
