Microsoft Partner Designations

MS Cloud Experts operates as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP). This means the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 licenses you use are purchased directly from us, without an intermediary distributor.

As your CSP partner, we manage your subscription lifecycle end to end: provisioning, renewals, seat changes, and day-to-day support for your licensed products, so you have a single point of contact for both your implementation and your licensing.

MS Cloud Experts is a member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, the program Microsoft uses today to recognize partners across its cloud and AI portfolio, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The program replaced Microsoft's earlier partner competency tiers, and it continues to evolve. We keep our membership current and will update this page whenever our status changes.

We build and govern Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections for the three pillars of Dynamics 365. For Business Central, we work with Microsoft's official MCP server, which authenticates through Microsoft Entra ID and is read-only by default. For Dynamics 365 CRM, we work with the Dataverse MCP tools, which honor each signed-in user's security roles and row-level access. See Microsoft's Power Platform MCP FAQ for details. For Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, we work with Microsoft's Dynamics 365 ERP MCP server, documented in Microsoft's Finance & Operations Copilot and MCP guidance.

For Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM, we also build and support Plur-e, our own MCP product, which adds mobile apps and extra governance tools on top of the official Microsoft servers.

Our implementations combine the discipline of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework with Microsoft Sure Step, Microsoft's own implementation methodology for Dynamics projects. This pairing keeps each engagement structured from discovery through go-live, while adapting to the specific requirements of each Dynamics 365 deployment.
